18First full quarter of fresh live. Waste down from 4.1% to 3.4%.
20- Approximately 118 tonnes of fresh waste avoided across the 25 store cohort.
21- Approximately 296 tonnes CO2e avoided, on Acme's own published conversion factors.
22- Two caveats apply and are in the detail note. The figure should not be scaled to the full estate without discussion.
