The technical-assessment follow-up identified out-of-support DC-2 middleware, intermittent failure and silent mode, and promised monitoring from day one. That is reason to request operational validation; it does not itself prove that a particular later nightly article extract failed.
Weekly updates repeatedly state that the nightly article extract completed with no errors. These are project-status assertions, not run logs, row-level validation, or independent evidence of completeness. The archive cannot establish that every nightly extract really was error-free.
