Reviewed evidence

uat

These are curated, source-linked findings for the matching topics. Read the scope and date of each finding; the newest document is not automatically the truth.

Scope restriction

UAT approval for the pilot cohort

The circulated sign-off wording covers the 25-store pilot cohort, ambient and dry goods, for core replenishment. It explicitly excludes fresh and says it does not constitute acceptance of the overall programme.

Reported signature

Lena Fischer reported signing

On 22 January, Lena Fischer replied “Signed and attached” and said the wording was what she asked for. The attachment itself is absent; the email is evidence of the reported signature, not direct inspection of a signed document.

Fresh Phase 2 is six weeks behind. Recovery plan in place.

- Two causes: UAT resourcing on the Acme side, and a defect on ours. The defect is fixed.
- RELEX has added a solution consultant for two weeks at our own cost.
- A go or no-go decision is set for 15 November.

What we need from you: UAT capacity from the Acme side through October.

Two of the six weeks recovered. Go/no-go on track for 15 November.

- UAT running on produce, dairy and chilled ready meals.
- Bakery accuracy is poor and we expect to recommend descoping it.
- Acme's fresh category manager is unavailable until mid November, which limits how fast UAT findings can be resolved.

What we need from you: Confirmation that a bakery descope is acceptable in principle.
