Unidentified speaker proposed source exclusion
At the 17 November go/no-go meeting, Priya Nair made exclusion a condition. The precise line “Then we drop it at the extract” is attributed to Unknown Speaker at 12:46. Nadia Haddad then confirmed exclusion at source; Priya responded “Better.” The source cannot reliably name the speaker of the initial technical proposal.
Priya Nair demanded source exclusion of OP_ID before the next extract and an account of the already-delivered files on 18 November 2025, following Monday’s call. This written trail establishes the demand, without guessing who first raised the idea in an earlier conversation.
Nadia Haddad confirmed on 19 November that OP_ID would be dropped at extraction from the next Friday-night run. A confirmation of a planned change does not establish removal of old copies.
Kwame Boateng reported on 24 November that OP_ID was in daily raw files since 14 February, absent from aggregated waste tables, but present in June and September reconciliation extracts. Two were emailed: one to Priya and one to nine recipients including three at Meridian. He could purge the landing zone, not the attachments.

Subject: OP_ID field - exclusion from fresh feed
This email originated from outside of RELEX. Be careful of attachments and links from unknown senders. Report suspicious emails using the report button.
Nadia,
Following Monday's call, confirming this as a condition rather than a request.
The waste write-off extract currently includes OP_ID, a six digit operator identifier
identifying the individual who scanned the item out. Examples from the November file:
447102 Marika Lindqvist, store 118 Vantaa, nights
448933 Osman Yildirim, store 118 Vantaa
451207 Heidi Salminen, store 094 Espoo
This has been in every file since February. It must be excluded at source before the
next extract runs. Please confirm the field is dropped and tell me what you have done
with the files already delivered.
